Being on the 7th floor, we enjoyed a peaceful stay with excellent soundproofing. The breakfast spread, while simple, featured good scrambled eggs and great coffee that brightened our mornings.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The breakfast was good.
The rooms could use an update. The bathroom had some drainage issues. I feel that this is not a complaint but an opportunity for you to better your hotel. If you ask for an opinion you should also appreciate comments on things that your guests believe need improvement.

The hot water pressure was quite low, making showers a bit frustrating at times.

Immaculately clean hotel in a very nice clean building adjacent to restaurants and the big avenue 18 de Julio, and the old town and rambla. Absolutely perfect and amazing location close to Contemporary Art Museum. Also, in city centrum.

A higher floor room provides decent views of the city and water, which adds some charm to the otherwise basic stay. The beds are comfortable enough to ensure a decent night's sleep.
Only the cramped service one reaches the higher floors, which barely fits two folks with luggage. Low hot water pressure, and many rooms have questionable cleanliness with a gloomy ambiance. Breakfast can be frustratingly disorganized, lacking crucial items like clean tables and enough glassware.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.
I was given a room on the 7th floor with hardly any internet connectivity. Even after switching to a different room on the 2nd floor, the Wi-Fi was still unreliable, especially in the evenings when I needed it most for work. The breakfast experience was quite disappointing as well. I struggled to find a clean table, and the lack of plates and glassware made it difficult to enjoy my meal.
